1. Sales Executive (Hospitality Robotics)

Department: Business Development & Sales

Location: Field-based (Regional travel within assigned city/region)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Position Overview:

Ashvida Robotics brings hospitality service robots to hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and corporate venues across India. We are hiring a Sales Executive to generate leads, pitch solutions, and close deals with hospitality and commercial clients, driving robotics adoption across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads among hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and corporate venues.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and site visits to pitch robot solutions (sales, rental, and subscription models).
Understand client requirements and recommend the right robot model and deployment plan.
Coordinate with the technical team for pre-sales technical support and demo scheduling.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up through the sales cycle to closure.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Track competitor activity and market trends in the hospitality robotics space.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in the CRM/dashboard.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development (hospitality, technology, or industrial equipment sales preferred).

Graduate in any discipline; background in business, hospitality management, or engineering is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with direct client-facing meetings, cold outreach, and site visits.
Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region for client meetings.
Basic comfort with CRM tools, MS Office/Excel, and reporting.
Good English/Hindi (and regional language, if applicable) proficiency.

Preferred / Good to Have:

Existing network or experience selling into hotels, restaurants, or hospitality chains.
Exposure to selling technology/hardware products or B2B equipment.
Understanding of rental/subscription-based sales models.

2. Service Technician (Hospitality Robotics)

Department: Technical Operations & Field Service

Location: Field-based (Regional travel within assigned city/region)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Type: Full-time

Position Overview:

Ashvida Robotics deploys and supports service robots (Keenon and similar platforms) across hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and corporate venues in India. We are hiring a Service Technician to handle on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of deployed robots, ensuring high uptime and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission robots at client sites, including unboxing, setup, network/Wi-Fi configuration, and mapping.
Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance on deployed units.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults on-site or remotely; escalate complex issues as needed.
Handle warranty repairs, part replacements, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service visits.
Train client staff on basic robot operation and daily care.
Maintain accurate service records, ticket logs, and spare-parts inventory.
Coordinate with the technical support team for rental redeployments and warranty swaps.
Travel to client sites across the assigned region as required.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in field service, electronics/electro-mechanical repair, robotics, IT hardware support, or a related technical role.
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field (ITI candidates with relevant experience also considered).
Working knowledge of basic networking (Wi-Fi setup, router configuration) and comfort with mobile apps/tablets used for robot control.
Hands-on aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-linked issues.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned city/region.
Good communication skills to interact professionally with hotel/hospital staff and clients.
Basic English/Hindi (and regional language, if applicable) proficiency.

Preferred / Good to Have:

Prior experience with service robots, drones, CCTV/IoT installation, or similar hardware deployment work.
Familiarity with Android/iOS tablet-based device management.
Basic understanding of AMC/warranty service workflows.
